MENTORING PROGRAM
In partnership with the Society for Physics Students (SPS), WiPA organizes a mentoring program.
Students are paired with someone senior to them: lower division undergrads with senior undergrads, and senior undergrads with grad students.
The program is intended to bridge the academic, social, and research gaps that are often experienced at the undergraduate level.
Workshops and social events are held to help connect students and develop important skills for all levels of experience.
