UC Santa Cruz Women in Physics & Astrophysics (WiPA) strives to bring together all individuals interested in working toward a balanced and diverse community in physics and astronomy, bettering ourselves and the department.

UCSC WiPA hosts monthly meetings and is developing workshops and outreach to engage students and the local community in physics. We also run a mentoring program for our students to help them navigate undergraduate and graduate school.
